Orthotics International uses the latest Digital Imaging System. The software system allows for Static Casting and Dynamic Gait Analysis. Along with the C.Ped evaluation a medical grade orthotic can be produced. With the accuracy that is achieved using this method we are please to offer a satisfaction guarantee.

We will try to meet all our customer expectations in a timely manner using follow up appointments for re-evaluation and adjustments. During the six-month period two adjustments are included (if needed). If we are unable to meet your goals in the six-month time frame we will offer a refund. A non-refundable charge of $150.00 is applicable.

Due to the nature of custom orthotics success depends upon your compliance in the following areas:

• Allowing for the break-in period, this can take up to 8 weeks where you may feel slight discomfort.
• Using the appropriate shoes (quality new shoes will deliver the best results).
